Delivery to UK Mainland only.
Our orders are processed on a daily basis during business hours (except weekend and public holidays). Please allow 2-4 working days (cut off time for all orders is 2pm) from the time of final payment and confirmation for your order to be distributed to your door, occasionally delivery may take longer. Please check you have provided the correct and full information for delivery before submitting your order to assist the Nine Yards team in getting your order to you.
All orders must be signed for. Please be aware, DHL does not permit delivery of your order to minors (persons under 18 years of age) and reserves the right to request a valid ID as proof of age on Delivery. We understand it’s not always possible to have someone there to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in attendance at the address to accept the delivery, the parcel will be returned to the delivery depot and a card left notifying you how to contact DHL to re-arrange delivery. If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from the delivery depot notified to you we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. Delivery on all parcels are subject to the Terms and Conditions of DHL (as varied from time to time).
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK and cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
Products that you order from us will be your responsibility from the time the products are delivered to the address you gave us in the order.
